Kroger will designate $250,000 of the 1 million dollar corporate gift for a Honor Your Hero promotion to be conducted on the HonoringOurHeroes.com website on such dates as may be determined by USO, but within the period from May 1, 2017 through Aug 31, 2017. In the event that Kroger is unable to secure the full amount of submissions, then Kroger shall have the option, but not the obligation, to make the full payment of $250,000 that was allocated for the Honor Your Hero promotion to USO.
