You have a passion for serving others and understand the value of building relationships - qualities shared by the associates of the Kroger family of stores in the hundreds of communities where we operate across the country. Since 2009, more than 17,000 veterans have joined our ranks and our mission.

Kroger has joined several major companies in the 100,000 Jobs Mission, with a goal of collectively hiring more than 100,000 transitioning service members and military veterans by 2020. We’ve attended 15 RecruitMilitary veterans career fairs in 2012, with more scheduled in the months to come.

Providing our people with the opportunities, flexibility and resources to fulfill their dreams is our priority. Hundreds of Kroger associates across the country continue to serve in the armed forces, as reservists and on active duty. A newly formed veteran’s affinity group helps them connect with fellow veterans in the workplace through education, mentoring and networking opportunities.
